Lvhuan Spirulina Aquatic Plant, the first enterprise engaged in
spirulina culture industry in Zhejiang Province, mainly cultivates
spirulina and chlorella, and processes spirulina tablet, capsule
and extra-fine powder, totaling above 250 specifications.
Lvhuan was founded in 1996, covering a land of 50 000sqm and with
20 employees. Its annual spirulina processing capacity reaches to
100 tons. Lvhuan has complete guaranteeing systems in cultivation,
procession, selling and quality inspection. Its products meet
universal spirulina industry standards, which was approved by
Ningbo Sanitation and Anti-epidemic Station. Its total fixed asset
had amounted to RMB 6million Yuan by 2005.
Lvhuan is located in the Zhenhai Agricultural Development Area,
Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, with a unique geographic position and
favorable marine transportation conditions. It is 260km away from
Shanghai Port to the north, 25km from Ningbo Yueshe Airport to the
